Reward your horse with a piece of Canter Crunchies when they are doing something right.
Pat them on the neck. Also tell them they are a good horse with a kind voice. Every time they
do that same right thing, give them progressively smaller treats with more pats and always a kind word.
Eventually, you should be able to give them sporadic treats, with the main reward for that behavior being a
pat and a kind word.
